Marcus Kalinowski is the co-founder of DM Career Services. Marcus has been on a career journey having worked and explored many roles. 

His time with The Bank (aka Bank of New York Mellon), Thomson Reuters, WW (Weight Watchers), and many others have given Marcus the ability to learn about people, process and technology. 

He joins the passion of learning with paying gained knowledge forward. He is fulfilled by his role in technology, seeing teams come together to solve challenges or create opportunities with innovation, collaboration and technology.

Marcus has taught many professionals over the years how to better understand that caring for one’s career is a practical set of skills that can be learned, refined and shared.
